in my final year of university, out at Monash in the depths of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, i became fascinated with the form of a multi-panel cartoon.. such an interesting way to craft a story for your audience / i sat sketching at wholefoods, the vegan cafe which actually forbade meat / a few times the uni newspaper Lot’s Wife published them & i think i was in fact referred to as the ‘regular’ cartoonist once - i enjoyed this title / since then i’ve discovered it’s actually possible to cycle to Monash from the ‘hip’ northside of Melbourne, but it sure is a precarious route, especially around Oakleigh there’s no love for the road cyclist in my experience / read Hartoons here
